School Days!

This year I started preschool! I've went back and forth about if I wanted to actually go or not (and Mom kept going back and forth on if she could actually go through with sending me!) but when the day came I was ready (and Mom was sort-of ready). The week before my first day, I attended an orientation where I got to check out my classroom, my seat, where I would hang my backpack and I got to meet my teacher. After that, I couldn't wait for my first day! When I woke up the morning of my first day though I was a little nervous and started to get a little teary eyed saying I wanted Mom to stay there with me. She said we could just go and check it out and we could decide when we got there if I wanted to stay. Once I got to school and got my coloring on, I decided it was gonna be just fine. ;-)

So excited for my first day of preschool!

Here I am showing off my new backpack. It has everything I love on it...tractors, fire trucks, dump trucks, airplanes and trains! What more could I need in a backpack, right?

Mom's best attempt at a brothers photograph. Cash was more interested in playing with the bubble mower than he was posing for a picture.

Mommy and her baby. (I know I'm a big boy, but she keeps me calling me her "baby" for some reason.)

I'm pretty pleased with my coloring skills here. ;-)

I loved my first day and the first thing I told Mom when she picked me up was "I had fun and didn't cry!" I think this school thing is gonna be a blast!

Ready, Set, PULL!

My very first attempt at the toy tractor pull. My very first 1st place trophy! Pretty sure you can tell from the picture just how proud I am.

Farmers for a Day

Cash and I recently headed down to the farm to help out Pepa in the corn field. Pretty sure we are the two cutest farmers around, don't ya think?

Tour de Bluff

This past weekend I decided to make my bike racing debut in town during the 4th of July festival. I told Mom and Dad numerous times "I'm gonna win a trophy." They weren't sure if I had a chance at winning they were just hoping I didn't crash. As the race progressed, Mom realized I actually did have a shot at winning a trophy (which is why the videography starts to get a little shotty at the end...she was nervous and trying to cheer me to victory which was hard for her to do at the same time!) Mom and Dad still aren't exactly sure what I was doing at the end when I almost lost the entire race! (When questioned, I don't provide much of an explanation.) Luckily, I got myself back on track and rode in to a second place finish (which is pretty awesome in my book!)

Check out my trophy! It's not a yellow jersey, but it works for me. ;-)

Babyproof? Yeah, Right!

For some reason Mom and Dad thought childproof cabinet locks were the way to go. Hmm, wonder who they are trying to keep out of our cabinets anyway?

Snip, Snip

Yesterday I took my first trip to the salon! Jodi at Flaunt Hair Salon did the honors as she snipped my little locks. I sat so still for her and actually seemed to enjoy it! I've been watching Cooper and he does such a good job getting his hair cut that I knew it would be easy! ;-)

Let Them Eat Cake

Here are some of the recent pictures from my 1 year photo session with Mrs. Heidi. (Cooper got in on a few, too!) As you can probably tell, I wasn't too sure about digging into my little cake. (Check out my face in picture #3, that is NOT a look of enjoyment. LOL) Hope you enjoy! :-)

Easy As 1, 2, 3

I am turning into a walking machine! Tuesday I really started getting serious about my walking. I'm getting pretty good at walking across an entire room. Sometimes I'll even stop half way there, turn around or just take a little break, and then keep on going all without losing my balance. Things are about to get really interesting around our house. With my new skill, I will be unstoppable! ;-)

Wobbly Walker

On Monday I started trying to walk. I'm pretty wobbly, but I love trying to walk all by myself. I usually get to laughing and that makes me fall down. Who knew walking could be so funny?!
